Consultation Policy:
At BM Aesthetic Clinic, we believe that a thorough consultation is essential for understanding your goals and providing the most effective, personalized treatment. Our consultations ensure that we recommend the right options based on your needs and medical history.
Cost of Consultation
Consultation Fee: Consultations with our Doctors and Therapists are priced at £20.00 – £100.00.
Duration: Each consultation lasts approximately 20 to 30 minutes.
Non-Refundable: The consultation fee is non-refundable. However, if you decide to proceed with a treatment, the full cost of the consultation will be redeemable against the price of the treatment.
Rescheduling or Cancelling Your Consultation
48-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid losing your deposit.
Late Cancellations or No-Shows: If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, or if you do not attend your scheduled consultation, the full consultation fee will be forfeited.
Cancellation Policy
At BM Aesthetic Clinic, we are committed to providing the highest level of care and service to all of our clients. In order to maintain a smooth and efficient scheduling process, we kindly request that you adhere to the following cancellation policy:
48-Hour Notice Requirement
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we respectfully ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice. This enables us to offer your scheduled time to another client who may be waiting for an appointment.
Late Cancellations and No-Shows
Failure to provide 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the appointment from any prepaid treatment package or course of services. This applies to both cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice and missed appointments without prior communication.
Impact on Prepaid Treatment Packages
For appointments that are canceled or missed without the required 48 hours’ notice, the session will be considered forfeited and deducted from any prepaid treatment packages or courses.
Rescheduling Appointments
Should you need to reschedule your appointment, we will be happy to accommodate you, provided the 48-hour notice requirement is met. Please contact us as soon as possible to avoid any penalties or loss of prepaid services.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, we encourage you to contact us directly to discuss your situation. We will make every effort to accommodate you, depending on the nature of the circumstance.
Treatment Results Disclaimer
At BM Aesthetic Clinic, we strive to provide the highest quality of care and service, tailored to each client’s needs. While we use advanced techniques and products to achieve optimal outcomes, it is important to understand that treatment results may vary from person to person. The following points outline our approach to treatment results:
Individual Variability
Treatment outcomes depend on various factors, including but not limited to:
Your skin type, age, and overall health.
The specific treatment or service you choose.
Your compliance with pre- and post-treatment instructions.
As a result, the outcome of your treatment may not be identical to that of another client, and results may take time to fully manifest.
No Guaranteed Results
While we use the most effective methods and technologies available, we cannot guarantee specific results. The effects of aesthetic treatments, such as improvements in skin appearance, reduction of wrinkles, or enhancement of facial contours, can vary based on individual response. We will provide you with realistic expectations during your consultation.
Maintenance and Follow-Up
Some treatments may require maintenance sessions to achieve or maintain optimal results. Follow-up appointments or additional treatments may be necessary, depending on your treatment plan and the longevity of the results.
Post-Treatment Care
To maximize the effectiveness of your treatment, following the post-treatment care instructions provided by our medical professionals is essential. Failure to do so may negatively affect the final results.
Results Over Time
Certain treatments may take time to show their full effects. For example, injectable treatments may take several days to settle, and laser treatments may require multiple sessions for optimal results.
Practitioner Availability
In the event a practitioner is no longer available, the clinic reserves the right to provide treatment through another qualified practitioner of equivalent professional standing.Treatment Packages
Package Discounts
BM Aesthetic Clinic offers treatment packages that provide discounted rates when multiple sessions are purchased in advance. These packages are designed to offer greater value to clients committing to a series of treatments.
Non-Refundable Packages
All treatment packages are non-refundable. Once purchased, the full payment for the package is due, and no refunds will be issued for unused treatments, partial services, or cancellations.
Validity and Expiry
Treatment packages have a validity period, typically ranging from 12 months to 18 months. Any unused treatments after the package expiration date will be forfeited, with no refund or credit given.
Transferring Packages
Unused sessions from a treatment package may be transferred to another person with prior approval from BM Aesthetic Clinic, provided the new recipient meets the eligibility requirements for the treatment.
Changing Treatment
Once a package is purchased, clients are not permitted to exchange or substitute one treatment for another within the package. However, in exceptional cases, BM Aesthetic Clinic may review the possibility of adjusting the treatment plan.
Medical History Disclosure
Clients must disclose their full medical history during the consultation, including any allergies, skin conditions, medications, or previous treatments. Failure to do so may result in a treatment being deemed unsuitable, and BM Aesthetic Clinic will not be liable for any complications arising from undisclosed medical information.
Submitting a Complaint
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our services, we encourage you to let us know. You may submit a formal complaint by following these steps:

We aim to resolve all complaints within 14 business days of receipt. Depending on the nature of the complaint, this process may take longer, but we will keep you updated on the progress.
Outcome of the Complaint
After our investigation, we will provide you with a formal response detailing the findings and any actions we will take to resolve the issue.
Possible outcomes may include:
Offering an apology or clarification.
Rebooking where applicable.
Providing a credit for future services (subject to our refund policy).
Reviewing our internal processes or staff training to prevent future occurrences.
Refund Policy
No Refunds for Completed Treatments
Once a treatment or service has been completed, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
Refunds for Prepaid Packages
Prepaid packages are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel or discontinue a prepaid course of treatments, you will be credited for any unused sessions, which can be applied toward other services at the clinic.
Unopened Services
In the case of prepaid services that have not been utilized, you may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. However, if the service was purchased at a discounted or special promotional price, it is not eligible for a refund, but may be eligible for a credit to be used toward future services at BM Aesthetic Clinic.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds or credits may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as medical reasons, at the discretion of BM Aesthetic Clinic. In such cases, a doctor’s note or medical documentation may be required.
Failure to Show for Appointments
Refunds will not be issued for missed appointments or no-shows. These sessions will be considered forfeited under the clinic’s cancellation policy.
